Service 1 Federal Credit Union The need: Build the first credit union in a new and emerging retail sector composed of a shopping mall, major retailers, restaurants, commercial development, and multi-family residential housing. Because of its location, the facility needed to appeal to a younger demographic with different buying patterns, behaviors, and motivations than traditional Select Employee group (SEG) credit union members. The solution: A newly constructed 3,290 square-foot facility that features the latest in technology and is designed to deliver the most convenient, efficient service possible to younger members with fast paced lifestyles. The interior features a dynamic "center stage" retail merchandising area, and a multiple monitor display with video feed that entertains, informs, and cross-sells customers. On the outside, three drive-through lanes and an ATM speed service and handle heavy traffic flow. |
