The Thomas M. Cooley Center Project was a very complex project demanding very high quality in both workmanship and materials.

The project consists of rehabilitation of an existing structure, along with major structural modifications that took an existing 14-story building and converted it into an 11-story structure. The structure was then ready to have new exterior walls placed and major modifications to the mechanical penthouse in order to house the new state of the art mechanical HVAC equipment. The Construction Costs for the entire project is approximately $28,000,000. The project was completed in December 1999.

This building is a structural steel frame with exterior masonry curtain walls. The interior features some exciting architecture such as the granite columns, the arched windows, and ornamental winding stairways with glass and architectural metal handrails.
