Auto-Owners Insurance Company
The New Claims Office for Auto-Owners Insurance Company is a recent project. The Real Estate Division of Auto-Owners Insurance Company approached Haussman Construction Company regarding this project. They were seeking a qualified Construction Manager, and Haussman Construction Company was their choice.The project consisted of a new 10,800 square foot Office Building. The Construction Costs was approximately $1,500,000. The construction began in September 1999 and was completed in March 2000. The building was divided into 3 areas, one for Auto-Owners personnel; the other two are leased office space. These buildings are constructed of metal stud load bearing exterior walls with a brick veneer. The interior is structural steel framed. The roof is framed with timber trusses. |
